Questions we hear most

Do we still need to license Microsoft Dynamics 365 separately?

 Yes. Resco extends Dynamics 365, it doesn’t replace it. Existing Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service licenses stay in place and data lives in your own Dataverse tenant. Resco adds the mobile platform on top.  

How does Resco compare to the built-in Field Service mobile app?

 The built-in app works well within Microsoft’s recommended offline profile limits of 200K records and 1 GB. Resco is built for deployments that go beyond that — millions of records, 10+ GB offline, and business logic that runs on-device rather than waiting for sync. If your use case involves complex workflows, large data volumes, or demanding field conditions, that’s where the difference is most felt.  

How long does a typical deployment take?

 It depends on the complexity of the use case, but Resco is designed to be configured quickly without a development team. Most standard deployments are up and running in 4 to 8 weeks.  

Can partners white-label and ship under their own publisher identity?

 Yes. Logo, app name, splash screen, and store presence are all yours. Partners publish under their own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts. iOS code-signing assistance is available if needed.  

How is Resco priced?

What about security and compliance?

 ISO/IEC 27001certified and GDPR compliant. Independently assessed by NCC Group, with encryption in transit and at rest. Authentication runs via Microsoft Entra ID or Salesforce SSO, and customer data stays in your tenant.
